Digital Grooming is our careful preparation process — think of it as a professional photo edit tailored to your pet. We improve clarity, colour, and lighting while removing distracting backgrounds or details, all while preserving everything that makes your pet recognizable: their eyes, their markings, their personality. Nothing is changed without purpose.

Will my pet still look like my pet?

Absolutely. Preserving your pet's recognizable identity is the most important part of our process. We enhance — we never replace. You'll approve the portrait before we move forward, so you'll see exactly what we've done.

Do I approve the portrait before production?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. You review and approve your pet's portrait before we create anything. Nothing goes to production without your sign-off. This applies to both the Digital Grooming stage and the final personalized design.

What is the difference between Signature Photo and Memory Portrait?

A Signature Photo keeps your pet's portrait in its natural, photographic form — carefully refined but true to life. A Memory Portrait takes your approved portrait further, incorporating personalized artistic elements such as your pet's name, meaningful words, watercolour effects, florals, or bold graphic styles. Can I include my pet's name?

Yes — pet names are a popular addition to Memory Portraits. You can include your pet's name, a meaningful word, a date, or a short phrase. Let us know what matters to you when you place your order.

Yes. Memory Portraits can incorporate meaningful words, dates, or short messages alongside your pet's portrait. Share what you'd like included when you submit your request.

Is this only for memorial portraits?

We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing — a professional textile process where commercial-grade inks are heat-bonded directly to the fabric using industrial equipment. The result is a vibrant, durable finish that holds up to everyday use. It is not a home iron-on or a sticker — it looks and feels like part of the fabric.

How long does the process take?

We aim to deliver your finished portrait for approval within 3–5 business days of receiving your photo. Production and shipping time is additional. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

How much does it cost?

Our tote bags start at $28, tees at $34, and hoodies at $58. No payment is required until you've approved your portrait — so there's no risk in getting started.

Can I order additional products using my approved portrait?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once your portrait is approved, it becomes your personal creative asset. We plan to expand our range of keepsake products, and your approved portrait can be applied to future products as they become available.
